Hyderabad: LB Nagar underpass, flyover at Kamineni junction thrown open for traffic
The underpass and the flyover were built as a part of the Strategic Road Development Plan under package II. While the underpass was built at a cost of Rs 14 crore, the flyover was built with a cost of Rs 43 crore. The inauguration of these two structures will ease traffic congestion.
The LB Nagar crossroads often witnesses huge traffic jams causing inconvenience to the public with the vehicular movement. The 519-metre long LB Nagar underpass will facilitate the smooth flow of traffic from Owaisi hospital and Srisailam end towards Secunderabad while the 940-metre flyover will ensure free flow of traffic from Secunderabad to Owaisi hospital and Srisailam.
One more achievement towards providing hurdle free traffic movement.
