Hyderabad: Research carrels inaugurated at PJTSAU
Rajendranagar: Research Carrels were inaugurated at the University Knowledge Management Center (KMC) of Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) at Rajendranagar on Tuesday. A carrel is a small cubicle with a desk for the use of a reader or student in a library.
PJTSAU Vice-Chancellor Dr V Praveen Rao attended the programme as chief guest and inaugurated the Carrels Cabins. And as humble gesture, he invited a PG student to formally cut the ribbon as part of the inauguration of Research Carrels.
12 Research Carrels were arranged in the 2nd floor of the KMC for the benefit of the PG and PhD scholars for their research work purpose. The in-charge university librarian, NP Ravikumar and other university officers of PJTSAU and students were present.
