Hyderabad: Residents of Tarnaka submitted a memorandum to the Union Minister G Kishan Reddy seek basic amenities

Tarnaka: Residents of Manikeshwar Nagar Basti submitted a memorandum to the Union Minister G Kishan Reddy, seeking redressal of their grievances over lack of basic facilities They said they had been suffering due to lack of basic facilities in the area for 60 years. The locality with a population of thousands was facing difficulties due to absence of medical and education facilities. They sought a 50-bed hospital, high school, a library and a woman's building. They requested the minister to ensure provision of required infrastructure in the vacant place available adjacent to the 'Basti Kaman'. Vemula Marayya, Gandikota Anand, Orsu Krishna, Kumar and Jangayya were also present.
