Hyderabad: SSC students apprised of career options in Bahadurpura

Bahadurpura: For making SSC students aware of the options available following completion of their schooling, the Royal Para Medical & Vocational Junior College launched career guidance campaign while visiting and providing lectures to students of government and private schools in Old City. As part of the campaign different schools including Govt High School, Dareeche Bawahir (Bahadurpura), Govt High School, NM Guda, Zilla Parishad High School, Attapur, MA ideal High School, Kishan Bagh, Pioneer High School, Chandulalbaradari, Al Siddiqui High School, Bahadurpura, Indian Star High School, Kishan Bagh, Little Flower High School, Kishan Bagh, Zilla Parishad High School, Mailardevpally, Sunshine High School, Kothur and Shanti Niketan High School, Lalaguda were covered.

Director of College, Md Sajeed Ali said that about 5,000 SSC students in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy District received the career guidance lecture so that they make it clear in their minds about the higher education and to broaden their minds about the options present in front of them after completion of their school education. "They can choose regular courses or the vocational courses recognised by Board of Intermediate for gaining immediate financial stability and placement in jobs," he said.

As part of this campaign on Tuesday at Mailardevpally Zilla Parishad school, each student was given a specially curated examination pads to highlight the importance of vocational courses.
