Hyderabad techie's complaint lands AP driver in jail
Hyderabad/Anantapur: Local Four Town police has set aside the jurisdictional issue and and swiftly taken action against a bus driver basing on complaint by a woman software engineer.
The woman from Hyderabad texted to 100, complaining that the driver of Hyderabad-Bengaluru bus had touched her when she was in sleep in the bus.
The incident happened when she was travelling from Hyderabad to Bengaluru by a private bus. The woman said the first driver of the bus was replaced by another driver at Gooty.
The first driver had misbehaved with her, she told the police. Alerted by the control room, Anantapur Four Town police swung into action and stopped the bus on the highway at Tapovanam and arrested the driver Noor Mohamed.
