Hyderabadi stabbed to death in London
Hyderabad: A Hyderabad man was murdered allegedly by another Asian in London on Wednesday. The victim was identified as Mohammed Nadeemuddin of Noor Khan Bazar in Old City.
He was working at a mall in Tesco supermarket and was living in London for last six years. He was awaiting UK citizenship in the next few months.
According to Faheem Qureshi, a family friend of the deceased, Nadeem was stabbed to death by a fellow Asian worker.
The incident came to light when the family members of the victim enquired about his whereabouts when he did not reach his house after completion of his work in regular job hours on Wednesday.
After getting the intimation call from Nadeem's family members, the supermarket manager cross checked the whereabouts of him and during the searches by the building security personnel his body was found in the parking area. They immediately informed about the tragic incident to Faheem.
According to sources, the local police confirmed the murder to the relatives of Nadeem in London. Police registered a case and are investigating. Reports say that they have already identified the suspect and efforts are on to nab him.
Faheem and other family members of Nadeem has approached Union Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and Telangana Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali and sought their help to go to London and take care of Nadeem's wife who is pregnant.
