Jagadish enlists govt schemes to woo voters in Suryapet

Suryapet: Minister for Education G Jagadish Reddy advised the people to think twice before casting their vote in the ongoing Parishad polls. On Wednesday, the Minister took part in campaigning at Balemla, Erkaram, Laxmi Thanda and Tekumatla villages in Suryapet mandal.

Addressing the villagers, he said vote was a powerful weapon in hands of people which paves way for future development. He advised the voters to support the Telangana Rashtra Samithi candidates in Parishad elections and allow the development to continue for the next five years.

"One vote has changed the fate of Telangana in 2014 and paved way for the introduction of many welfare schemes like Shaadi Mubarak, Kalyana Laxmi, Aasara pensions, Rythu Bandhu, Rythu Bima, Mission Kakatiya, Mission Bhagiratha and also paved way for establishment of medical colleges in Suryapet and Nalgonda," he said.

He interacted with respective villagers to know the opinion of common people on functioning of government and schemes during the poll campaign. He urged the people to cast vote in favour of TRS.

In this campaign programme, party ZPTC candidate GD Biksham, MPP V Janaiah, party local leaders and villagers participated.
