Jangama Samaj calendar released in Mahbubnagar

Mahbubnagar: Excise Minister Srinivas Goud released the Jangama Samaj calendar at a programme organised in Mahbubnagar on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, Jangama Samaj Mahbubnagar town president P Balalingaiah expressed his thanks to the Minister for gracing the occasion and also reminded Minister's financial help in construction of Jangama Community hall in the district.

"Jangama Samaj community was earlier neglected and there were now welfare and development schemes launched specifically for the community. After the formation of new state of Telangana, the State government has recognised the need for the development of Jangama Samaj and has given assistance to take up various development programme for the community and the construction of community hall is one among them," Balalingaiah.

Responding to this, the Excise Minister said that he was always ready to provide any kind of assistance for the welfare of the Jangama Samaj in future and urged the members to work united for the welfare of their society. Jangama Samaj secretary Prakash, treasurer Shiva Shankar and vice-president Ravi Kumar along with others participated in the programme.
