JBIET celebrates annual day

Jubilee Hills: Former Joint Director of CBI VV Lakshminarayana advised students to set higher goals and strive to achieve them. He was speaking at annual day celebrations of JBIET Group of educational institutes held here at Jubilee Hall on Monday. Commissioner of Telangana Higher Technical Education Naveen Mittal, Director of Medical Education Dr Ramesh Reddy and CEO of JBIET Dr VV Rao were among the prominent personalities who attended the programme.

Speaking on the occasion, Lakshmi Narayana said that students should set higher goals and focus on necessary skills apart from achieving academic excellence. Other speakers also advised students to achieve excellence in the respective technical field to get better employment opportunities abroad.

CEO of JBIET VV Rao said that their institution has been providing quality education since last 20 years and promised to maintain the quality standards in future as well. Dr Gayathri said that college has always strived for the all-round development of its students.

Later mementos were presented to the students who have shown excellence in engineering, technical and medical education. It was followed by various cultural programmes performed by students. College management then felicitated the chief guest and other prominent personalities who attended the program. Principals of various colleges, lecturers, students and parents attended the program.
