Jitender slams TRS, calls it a family party

Mahbubnagar: While slamming the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and its president K Chandrashekar Rao for promoting his family members and not giving preference to those who worked during the Telangana movement and who served the party, Jitender Reddy, sitting Mahbubnagar MP, who was recently denied MP ticket form TRS, and joined the BJP party, had fired salvos at KCR for dumping him and promoting his own family members in the party.

He said right from the beginning KCR had adopted a dictatorial attitude and did not heed to the voices of his cabinet colleagues and always stayed in the farmhouse and took unilateral decisions not consulting the party members.

"KCR has deceived the people of Telangana and those who worked for him. Despite working hard to earn great projects like Sainik School, doubling and electrification rail link from Secunderabad to Mahbubnagar and sanctioning of new line from Muneerabad, Secunderabad and Mahbubnagar, the TRS chief had not acknowledged my efforts and dumped me just for the sake of money and offered ticket to a businessman who does not even know the issues of Palamuru people," said Jitender Reddy, while addressing the gathering at Amistapur in Mahbubnagar.

Jitender Reddy predicted that the downfall of TRS party has started and it will be from Mahbubnagar district only. He urged the people to lend their support to DK. Aruna as MP candidate from Mahbubnagar and Bangaru Shruti from Nagarkurnool and vote for them to give a winning gift to BJP and help Narendra Modi serve as Prime Minister for the next five years.
