Jitender's 'ghar wapsi' leaves BJP cadre in high spirits
Mahbubnagar: With more and more support pouring in from different quarters, the Bharatiya Janata Party in Mahbubnagar is jubilant and is leaving no stone unturned to win the Mahbubnagar parliamentary constituency being contested by DK Aruna.
On Thursday, Jitender Reddy, who had announced his joining of BJP, held a press meet and conveyed his support to DK Aruna. While addressing the media, Jitender Reddy said that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi has deceived him by denying Lok Sabha ticket and aggrieved over the unilateral and undemocratic attitude of TRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao, he had left the party and pledged his support to BJP.
Earlier, Jitender Reddy had consulted Telangana General Secretary Ram Madhav and finally agreed to join BJP and pleaded his support to the party and conveyed that he along with his supporters will ensure DK Aruna's win in the Mahbubnagar Parliamentary elections and give a befitting reply to the dictatorial leadership of TRS.
With Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheduled to address a meeting in Mahbubnagar on Friday, Jitender Reddy is expected to formally join the BJP in the presence of Modi.
