Kaleshwaram project: CM KCR conducts aerial survey at Medigadda barrage
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has visited Kaleshwaram. CM has arrived at Teegala Gutta Palli village in Karimnagar on Wednesday night and reached Kaleshwaram project in a special helicopter on Thursday.
Earlier today, CM KCR has performed a special puja at the Mukteswar temple. On this occasion, the temple priest welcomed CM with Purnakumbha. Before that, KCR also performed puja to the Godavari and left coins in the river at Pushkaraghat.
Later, he conducted an aerial survey at Medigadda barrage. CM took a helicopter to view the barrage, which is full of water for the first time after the construction. After lunch here, CM KCR will return to Karimnagar and conduct a review meeting on the project and reach Hyderabad in the evening.
Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, Minister Etela Rajender, Gangula Kamalakar, Koppula Eshwar, MLA's and other officials were present during CM's tour.
