Kamareddy: Life convict hangs self

Kamareddy: A life convict Vadla Venkatesh (62) committed suicide by hanging himself in Sarangapur jail in Kamareddy district.

The jail authorities found him hanging to the bathroom window rods on Tuesday evening.

V Venkatesh, a native of Argonda village of Rajampet mandal in Kamareddy district, was convicted for life by Kamareddy court one week ago in a murder case. He was taken to Sarangapur jail on a court order.

The jail authorities shifted the body to mortuary. A case was registered and investigation is going on.
