Kamareddy: Use smartphones vigilantly, retired employees told

Kamareddy: District Collector Satyanarayana and SP Swetha Reddy warned the retired employees that smartphone services should be used with caution and they should beware of cybercriminals.

The officials were addressing an awareness program on T-App at the Retired Employees' Association building in Kamareddy.

District Collector Satyanarayana said that the retired employees can send their life certificates through T-App.

The retired employees can solve their pension-related matters at home by using this app, he said and added that many services are available through the App and Jeevan Praman App.

SP Swetha said that the smartphone should be used carefully as fraud could occur while using it. SP told the audience that recently a retired employee was created by a woman on a phone. T-app technicians and retired employees participated in the event.
