Karimnagar: BJP ready to fight for Krishna water says Bandi Sanjay Kumar
Karimnagar: Protesting against the State government's inaction to stop the AP government from lifting Krishna water, the State BJP leaders workers staged a protest with black flags at their houses in Karimnagar district on Saturday.
Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar fixed a black flag on his building. Due to inability of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, the AP government issued G.O for increasing the Pothireddypadu capacity.
But CM KCR is unable to face the leaders of Opposition parties who are against the AP government. He is taking just normal steps and is not serious to oppose the project, he alleged. BJP is ready to fight for Krishna water share to Telanga, Bandi said.
When BJP return the letter to the Central Water Resource Department, the Minister issued orders to sort the issues and stop the project until the issue is settled. It is the BJP government who always works in best interest of people, he pointed out.
CM KCR failed to get Telangana share of Krishna water and doing injustice to the people of Telangana and with mesmerizing words he is deceiving the State people. They are ready to teach a fitting lesson to CM KCR for his mistakes in near future, he warned.
BJP state general Secretary Manthri Srinivasulu and district president B Sathyanarayana and BJP State executive member Kotte Murali Krishna along with other leaders staged protest with black flags in their respective houses against the TRS government.
