Karimnagar: Retired CI Dasari Bhumaiah appointed Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee official spokesperson

Karimnagar: Retired Circle Inspector Dasari Bhumaiah has been appointed as Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) official spokesperson by the Congress party Telangana State incharge Kuntia.

Addressing the media persons in Karimnagar on Wednesday, D Bhumaiah expressed thanks to Congress leaders and former MP Ponnam Prabhakar, MLC T Jeevan Reddy and MLA Sridhar Babu for reposing faith in him and appointing him as the TPCC official spokesman.

He said that he would strive hard for strengthening the party and try to bring the lost glory to the party in the district.

He demanded the government to reinstate the RTC employees as they themselves had called off the strike. The ministers and TRS party senior leaders must exert pressure on the government to take back the RTC employees.

Bhumaiah said that the Congress party is going to contest all seats in the upcoming municipal elections and win majority of seats.
