Karimnagar: Task Force officials told to keep tab on anti-social activities

Karimnagar: By keeping a tab on anti-social activities, Task Force police should create fear among the criminals so that they will not indulge in such activities again, advised Police Commissioner VB Kamalasan Reddy.

He held a meeting with Task Force police at Police Commissionerate in Karimnagar on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Police Commissioner ordered the Task Force personnel to keep a vigil on illegal supply of ration rice, gutka, matka, fake seeds and spurious food items and conduct raids if they notice any such type of illegal activity taking place in the society.

The Task Force officials must keep an eye on the persons, who are indulging in cricket betting as the World Cup is going on and also on land grabbers and those, who are indulged in land encroachment.

Kamalasan Reddy said that Karimnagar Task Force department will be strengthened like that of Hyderabad. By working with commitment, the Task Force police must raise the prestige of the police department. Those, who render best services, will be rewarded, he added.

Additional DCP (Law & Order) S Srinivas, ACP Shoban Kumar, Inspector Janardhan Reddy, SI Naresh Kumar were present along with others.
