Mahbubnagar: Karnataka man killed in road accident

Mahbubnagar: Two persons died in separate incidents in erstwhile Mahbubnagar district on Friday. In the first incident, a DCM driver was killed when his vehicle was hit by an unidentified vehicle from behind on the national highway 44 at Kadukuntla stage of Kothakota mandal in Wanaparthy district.

According to eyewitnesses, the DCM driver Yousuf (28), a resident of Balki mandal in Bidar district in Karnataka, was found critically injured. The locals who spotted him immediately rushed him to government hospital in Wanaparthy. However, he died while undergoing treatment. The police have registered a case and investigating the matter.

Youngster found hanging

In the second incident, Saikumar (19) was found hanging under suspicious circumstances in his house at Mittasadagodu village of Vangoor mandal in Nagarkurnool district. The family members who found him hanging tried to save him. However, he was brought dead by the doctors. The reasons for his suicide are not yet known. The Vangoor police have registered a case and investigating the matter.
