KCR sees change of govt at Centre
Nirmal: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said there will be a favourable government at the Centre and then it would be easy for Telangana to achieve what was due to the state.
Addressing a public meeting at Nirmal on Sunday, KCR said his government will bring in a Revenue Act in June and it would be a role model for the entire country. Comparing Adilabad with Kashmir, the Chief Minister said soon the government would bring water from Sriramsagar to Nirmal and will help people of Mancherial and Kumaram Bheem districts by taking up Tummidihatti project.
Referring to the national politics, KCR said: "Somewhere someone has to take the initiative... the country needs to be shown a way. I will try for the change. The country needs to change and there should be a qualitative change in the country's politics."
Criticising the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, KCR said that he had never seen a 'chillara' Prime Minister like Modi, who targets chief ministers individually without discussing policies. He alleged that instead of talking on the policies, the Prime Minister was indulging in individual attacks.
"He (Modi) recently went to Kerala and targeted Chief Minister (Pinarai Vijayan). He talks about my nose and jyothisya. Why does my yagam or my face should bother the PM? Can a Prime Minister talk like this? I have not seen such a 'chillara' prime minister," said KCR, adding that the Prime Minister should see whether all sections are getting education, health and other basic amenities.
KCR alleged that Modi was doing politics on religion. "Every time during elections, they bring up unnecessary issues like Pakistan, Hindu, and Muslim, etc.

"Are there no issues left in the country? Should a Prime Minister divide the people on the basis of Hindus and Muslims? He is trying to create conflicts among the people who have secular feeling," said KCR.
He also lashed out at BJP leaders for making announcement of bringing Turmeric Board within three days after coming to power. "Where are these BJP leaders during the last five years? And why they did not give the board earlier? We need to kick them out and slap on the faces who divide the people on religion," said KCR.
KCR asked the Prime Minister where are the Rs 15 lakh, which he promised to deposit in every Indian's bank accounts. He further said that the BJP government promised 10 crore jobs and demanded the BJP leaders to release the figures.
