KCR to perform Yagam marking completion of Kaleshwaram project

Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will perform Maha Yagam on the completion of the prestigious Kaleshwaram project which is likely to be completed by July this year. KCR wants the manpower to be increased to complete the project works as soon as possible.

The CM on Sunday visited Kaleshwara Mukteshwara temple in Kaleshwaram and announced Rs 100 crore for the expansion of the temple and develop it as a tourist destination. It is learned that Sringeri Peethadhipathi Bharathi Teertha Swami will be invited for the reconstruction of the temple.

He directed the District Collector to acquire 600 acres of land for the temple development and also instructed to collect the land whether it belongs to the government or private.
