'KCR will decide next PM'
Tipparthi/Gurrampodu: Minister for Education G Jagadish Reddy stated that both All-India Congress Committee chief Rahul Gandhi and Telugu Desam Party leader Nara Lokesh were inefficient leaders and not suitable for politics.
On Monday, along with party Nalgonda MP candidate Vemireddy Narsimha Reddy, Jagadish carried out the poll campaign in Tipparthi of Nalgonda Assembly constituency and Gurrampodu of Nagarjunasagar constituency.
Addressing the people, he mocked Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee chief and Nalgonda Congress candidate Uttam Kumar Reddy and added that the State would not receive any special benefits if Rahul Gandhi becomes the Prime Minister.
"People of the nation are expecting visionary leader like K Chandrashekar Rao," he underlined.
Stating that the government schemes implemented in Telangana were drawing the attention of nation, he exuded confidence that people of the State would back the pink party in the upcoming Parliament elections.
Alleging that 70 years rule of Congress party was responsible for the backwardness of the country, the Minister said that the BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership betrayed people of the nation with false promises in the last five years.
"PM Narendra Modi favoured rich, while the poor remained poor in his tenure," Jagadish added.
He listed out the various welfare and development activities being carried out by the TRS government and explained the future plans of the State government to strengthen the rural economy and to make Telangana a powerful State in the nation.
Stating that both Congress and the BJP would not get magic figure in the Parliament elections, he informed that regional parties headed by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will decide the next PM of India after Parliament elections.
He urged the people of Nalgonda MP territorial to support TRS candidate Vemireddy Narsimha Reddy in the upcoming Parliament elections in the interest of the State.
Rythu Samanvaya Samithi state chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy, Nagarjunasagar MLA Nomula Narsimhaiah and party local leaders and a large number of people took part in the campaign.
Meanwhile, Vemireddy Indira, wife of Vemireddy Narsimha Reddy, along with local municipal chairperson Ontipulli Anitha carried out the election campaign in various wards in the town and urged the people to support TRS in the upcoming Parliament elections.
