Khammam: CPI leader TV Chowdary passes away
Khammam: CPI senior leader Tulluru Venkaiah Chowdary (80), popular as TV Chowdary, died in the late hours of Tuesday in Khammam town.
Family members said that he was suffering from kidney related disease for the past few months. He was an active party and worked as CPI district secretary, Rythu Sangam State president and member of State committee also.
Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar, Khammam MP Nama Nageswara Rao, CPI central committee member Puvvada Nageswara Rao, State assistant secretary Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao, party district secretary Pothu Prasad, senior leader B Hemanth Rao and others expressed their condolences to Chowdary's family and said party lost a good leader.
TV Chowdary's last rites were conducted here on Wednesday, attended by party leaders.
