Khammam: Hold talks with RTC unions, opposition demands government
Khammam: The CPM Khammam district secretary, Nunna Nageswara Rao, has urged everyone to make the State bandh on October 19, a grand success. On Tuesday, he participated in a round table meeting at Manchikanta Bhavan where leaders of all opposition parties, trade unions, voluntary organisations and RTC workers union participated.
Speaking on the occasion, Nunna criticised the TRS government's decision on RTC strike and stated the two-day district bandh was a grand success with all trade unions and opposition parties taking part in it. He appealed to the people to cooperate for the State bandh on Saturday. He demanded the government to immediately conduct talks with the RTC unions and solve their issues. The leaders of CPI, CPI(ML), Telugu Desam and Teachers Union representatives and others attended the meeting.
