Khammam: Two commit suicide in separate incidents

Khammam: Two persons allegedly committed suicide in different incidents in Khammam on Thursday.

According to sources, an Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) constable Tejavath Basha (29) hanged himself at his residence at Shankaragiri thanda in Nelakondapall mandal. In a suicide note he left behind, he accused his wife and in-laws responsible for his suicide.

According to sources, he married Ankita of Mahabubabad in February this year and after marriage, his wife was reportedly refused to live with him. A dispute in this connection was going between both the families.

In another incident at Maruti Nagar in Edulapuram village in Khammam rural mandal, Dasari Suresh (31) hanged himself in his house on Wednesday night and he was found dead on Thursday.

D Lakshmi, mother of the deceased, lodged a complaint with the police accusing two persons - Naresh and Nageswar Rao - of harassing their family regarding a land which they bought some time ago in Maruti Nagar.

The police booked cases in connection with the above cases and launched probe.
