Kolanpaka (Yadadri-Bhongir): Congress MP candidate from Bhongir Komatireddy Venkat Reddy stated that he would develop historical place Kolanpaka by using his personel funds if elected to power.

On Friday, he carried out poll campaign in Aler constituency. Addressing the gathering, he said the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections were between the BJP and the Congress and regional parties like TRS have no play in them. Explaining the Congress minimum income scheme, he said all white ration card holders in the country would get financial aid of Rs 6,000 per month to lead a better life.

"Demonetisation has not only collapsed the country's economy, but also disturbed the lives of people of the country and the banking system," he said.

Stating that people of Telangana have been suffering a lot with the family rule of TRS, he informed that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had failed to fulfill the aspirations of the youth by not filling the lakhs of vacant posts in government departments in the last five years.

Stating that country will develop under able leadership of Rahul Gandhi, Komati informed that farmers' crop loans would be waived off in a single go after Congress comes to power at the Centre. He also campaigned in Motakondur mandal in the district on the day. Meanwhile, along with party leaders, he garlanded the statue of former Deputy Prime Minister late Babu Jagjivan Ram in Bhongir and lauded his services to the country during his tenure.
