Kothagudem: Create awareness about Nivedana app, Joint Collector tells officials

Kothagudem: Joint Collector K Venkateswarlu directed the officials concerned to create awareness about the Nivedana app to the people. On Monday, he attended the Grievance Day programme held with all the district officers at the Collectorate and reviewed the pending applications which were received during earlier programmes.

Speaking on the occasion, he said the State government had introduced the online application app Nivedana for receiving grievances, and the people should be educated about the app and its usage. He directed every officer to download the app and use it regularly.

Stating that most of the pleas were received with regard to loans, he ordered the officials to create awareness about securing loans to people in all mandals. Later, the Joint Collector interacted with the people and sought to know their issues besides enquiring about implementation of various welfare schemes launched by the State government.

District Rural Development Agency Project Director P Jagath Kumar Reddy and district officials attended the programme.
