Kothagudemp: Collector Rajat Kumar Saini tells officials to create awareness on Nivedita app

Kothagudem: District Collector Rajat Kumar Saini on Monday directed the district officials to create awareness among the people about the app Nivedita by conducting awareness camps in different places.

He was addressing a meeting with the district officials at the Collectorate. He said every officer should participate in the awareness camps conducted on the Nivedita app. He also told them that only 6,000 people have downloaded the app in the district so far. Over 3,800 complaints were cleared that were received through the app against the 4,500 complaints in the district, he said.

He appreciated the officers who redressed the issues received through the app in a short time. The Collector asked officers to conduct awareness on the app among the students of the Inter and Degree colleges in the Agency villages.

District Rural Development Agency Project Officer PJagath Kumar Reddy and other district officers attended the meeting.

Before the meeting, Collector Saini attended the Grievance Day program along with district officers. He received the pleas from the people and also reviewed the pending applications with the officers during the program. Speaking on occasion, he said, every officer should clear all pending pleas immediately.
