KPHB Police registered cheating case on actor Hrithik Roshan and other three persons of CULT-FIT Healthcare Private Limited
Hyderabad: A cheating case filed against noted Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan in KPHB Police station on June 22. The issue came into light lately on Wednesday. According to police, I Shashikanth, a resident of Seshadringar in Kukatpally filed a complaint against Hrithik Roshan who acted as brand ambassador for the CULT-FIT Health Care Private Limited which is located in Kukatpally. He alleged in his complaint that they are misleading with a dishonest intension to decieve the youth and over weight of people in this city by promising them weight loss by daily workout sessions at CULT-FIT. But after some time they are not providing workout sessions as promised earlier.
He further stated that he along with other have paid a sum of Rs 17,490 per month after getting discount on actual price of Rs 36,400 for ten months period for unlimited classes. But they failed to give proper work out sessions daily as per their terms.
The complainant also alleged that they tried to siphon off innocent people's money and cheated 1800 members who enrolled into it by not providing sessions of workout for weight loss. Further he alleged that after complaining to the organization directors, the accused deliberately stopped him from using the App which is an option for booking timing slot daily and blocked him from June 6. Shashikanth alleged that they cheated him and others by making false promises and gained huge money on the name of company.
Based on the complaint, police registered a case against Mukesh Bansal, Ankit Nagori, Shanmugavel Mani Subbaiah and actor Hrithik Roshan under sections 420, 406 of IPC and are investigating.
