KTR inaugurates state's first logistics park in Hyderabad

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao inaugurated the state's first-ever logistics park here at Mangalpally of Rangareddy district on Friday. Minister Sabita Indra Reddy was also present.

Spread over 2.5 lakh sqft, the park which is developed at a cost of Rs 22 crore can provide employment to around 1000 people. They will be trained by Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK), said KT Rama Rao. "Logistic Park at Batasingaram is also almost completed and will be inaugurated in January," said Rao.

The minister also said that they are planning to bring up more IT companies at Adibhatla to provide more employment opportunities. He also affirmed that the area will have the world's biggest pharma cluster.

"Interchange bus stations will be set up at Outer Ring Road (ORR) and a multi-model transport system will be developed linking it with the two railway tunnel," added the minister. KTR further said that an aerospace park is being built at Eliminedu.
