KTR performs Jala Harathi as Godavari water reach Sircilla

Minister and Sircilla MLA KT Rama Rao performed Jala Harathi as Godavari water reaches Bandanakal village of Sircilla district through Kaleshwaram project.

Speaking to the media later, the minister said that no one has seen so picturesque in history. "Telangana has fertile lands and are planning to yield two crops on the streams. Lakes, streams which were seen dried up earlier are now filled with water even during the summer. This is considered as a wonder in Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's regime.

The Chief Minister, with his efforts, has made it possible to irrigate the areas that are 680 ft from the sea-level with Godavari water. Later, the minister assured to develop Bandanakal village in all terms. He asked the youth to focus on all the sectors including agriculture.

KTR assured that the farmers will get justice under the Chief Minister's regime. "In whatever the situation the state might be, Rythu Bandhu programme will be continued," said KTR asking the farmers not to believe false news.
