Kutakpally: Police act tough against violators

Kukatpally: Traffic police took stringent action against those violating lockdown in Kukatpally. Circle Inspector Narayana Reddy said only those who were exempted from the regulation act were being allowed on the roads. Police had no option but to cane those moving around freely.
