Learn martial arts for safety

Tandur: Children, especially girls, and women should learn martial arts for self-defence in the present-day conditions, said constituency president of the TUWJ G Ashok Kumar. He was the chief guest for the valedictory of training programme held at Saint Marks International School here on Sunday.

Belts and mementoes were presented to 200 students, who could successfully complete the training. Ashok wished they win national and international medals under the guidance of trainer Manohar.

Taekwondo coaches Aizaz, Sanjeev, Pavan Teja, Muskan, Archana, Nikhil, Janardhan, medal winners Sri Kausalya, Sindhu, Swetha, Vaishnavi, Sai, Mani, Gautham, Nagasai, Umesh, Balaji, Prabhas, Smaran Reddy and others were preset.
