Lions Club distributed food to sanitation workers in Nalgonda

Nalgonda: District Lions Club members provided lunch to sanitation workers of Nalgonda Municipality as a mark of respect of their services during coronavirus, at SLN colony here on Monday.

The donor of the lunch programme, Gadhe Vinod Reddy, said that sanitation workers are putting their lives in risk by rendering services in controlling the spread of corona pandemic in the State. Praising that the services of sanitation workers are priceless, he advised the people to help the workers and the poor by extending financial help. He further urged the people to follow lockdown norms to put end to the dreaded virus.

Lions Club members T Mohan Rao, A Rajalingam, Dr Pulla Rao, councilors B Srinivas Reddy, Qayum Baig and about 40 sanitation workers were present at the programme.
