Literary prizes given away

Siddipet: Telangana Sahitya Academy Chairman Dr Nandini Sidhareddy said the works by Vemuganti Narsimhacharylu would live forever in literary annals of the state. He was the chief guest at the prize distribution to winners in the competitions conducted on Vemuganti's literature at Press Club here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, the academy president praised Raghunandan for setting up a 'Sahitya Peetham' in the name of great poet. The OSD in CM office, Deshapathi Srinivas, MRS president K Rangachari, T Anjaiah, Murali, K Bharathi, Raju Gangaram, Lakshmareddy, Vamsy Krishna and others were present.
