Lorry rams into TSRTC bus in Nalgonda, 20 injured

In a horrific incident, around 20 people sustained injuries after a lorry rammed into a TSRTC bus on Wednesday morning here at Chilakamarri of PA Palli mandal of Nalgonda district.

The incident occurred when the bus was heading towards Devarakonda from Miryalguda. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Eyewitnesses said that the lorry driver in an inebriated state drove the vehicle speed and rammed it into the bus. The police registered a case and launched an investigation.

On Monday, MD Mohammad, a resident of New Hafeezpet was killed after an unidentified vehicle hit his two-wheeler at Isnapur junction. The incident occurred when the deceased along with his friend Babar was riding on NH 65.
