Lovers' bodies found near forest in Kamareddy

Kamareddy: Lovers were found dead near Mogulanpalli Thanda forest area of Banswada mandal, Kamareddy district. The incident came to light at about 11.30 pm on Friday.

According to police, Jayaram (21) of Tikarapu Thanda of Pedda Kodapgal mandal was in love with Soni of Lingampet mandal. Jayaram's father Bharat Nayak complained to the police that his son was missing for the past two days. The police identified that Jayaram was near Mogulanpalli Thanda forest area, based on his phone signals and found the bodies of Jayaram and Soni.

Jayaram and Soni, both studying intermediate in Banswada town, were in love. The duo reportedly committed suicide by consuming poison after Jayaram's family members started looking for a girl for him.

DSP Damodar Reddy said that the bodies were shifted to Banswada Government Hospital. A case was registered and investigation is on.
