Mahbubnagar: High Court Registrar visits Fathepur Maisamma temple
Mahbubnagar: High Court Registrar Venkateshwara Reddy visited the famous Fathepur Maisamma temple at Parvatapur village of Nawabpet mandal on the outskirts of Mahbubnagar district on Monday and offered prayers.
Temple chairman Pasam Gopal accorded a traditional welcome to the registrar and felicitated him. Later, the chairman explained about the various initiatives taken by the temple committee for the development of the temple and also apprised him of the daily programs of the temple.
Speaking on the occasion, Reddy said that it was a great privilege to have visited the Fathepur Maisamma temple.
"Every week, lakhs of devotees visit the temple and offer prayers," said the Registrar. Temple chairman said that they have taken various steps to improve facilities for the devotees and in this regard they have constructed sheds, water tank and provided better road facilities. "We have taken various steps for improving facilities at the temple. However, still a lot of things have to be done and we are doing our best to improve the facilities," said the temple chairman.
