Man Tried To Bury Himself For Refusing His LAnd Pass Book
Mahabubabad: A farmer in the Mahabubabad district of Telangana state has tried to bury himself for not issuing his land passbook. Meka Sudhakar Reddy of Narsimhulapeta in Ramaannagudem Mandal alleged that the local MLA and his brother stalled the passbook. The man dug a small well and sat in it and tried to bury himself. The locals noticed and threw him out.
Sudhakar Reddy said that his family owns 15 acres of land, of which only five are his own. He also noted that he is receiving Raithu Bandhu on his farm. He, however, accused the authorities of refusing to give the land passbook. Sudhakar Reddy said that the authorities had been told that the issue of passbook was stopped on MLA's order. He requested the authorities to issue his passbook.
