Man tries to jump off flyover bridge in Hyderabad, rescued

A man who tried to jump off flyover bridge at pillar number 125 at Attapur has been rescued on Thursday.

Getting into details, the man, a native of Bihar climbed the parapet wall of the flyover claiming that the prime minister would give him a Scorpio car if he jumped from the bridge. Meanwhile, passersby who noticed the man on the bridge rescued him and learned that he was mentally ill.

He told the people that he read in a newspaper that Modi would offer the car if anyone jumps from the bridge. He was handed over to Rajendranagar police.
