Mancherial: She Teams are working for the protection and safety of women under Ramagundam Police Commissionerate, stated Inspector Edla Mahesh while speaking at an awareness programme on women's protection at Singareni Degree College under Mandamarri police station limits in Mancherial district on Thursday. He warned that strict action will be taken on those, who causes trouble to women.

Addressing the students, Police Inspector Mahesh said that parents from middleclass and poor background work hard so as to provide good education to their children. So, it is the responsibility of the students to study well to secure a good future and to get good name to their parents. He told the students not to tread on bad path and not to become prey for bad habits, which will ruin not only their career but also their lives.

At the same time, he told the parents also to keep a check on their wards' studies.

He asked the students to Dial 100 when anyone teases girls in colleges, near bus stops, shopping malls and the police will reach within five to ten minutes and nab the culprits. He assured that the phone numbers of the informers will not be revealed.
