Marrriguda: BDL Winners Foundation distributes essentials to fluorosis victims

Marrriguda: BDL winners Foundation on behalf of USA based Hope 4 Spandana organisation has distributed Rs 3,000 worth essential commodities to every fluorosis victim at Namapuram village in Munugodu Constituency on Saturday , about 50 victims got the essential commodities from the organisation representatives.

With the support of Fluorosis Vimukthi Porata Samithi , Foundation handed over Essential commodities sufficient for two months to150 fluorosis patients in five villages in Marriguda , Nampally and Munugodu mandals at their doorstep.

Speaking on the occasion, Arikapoodi Raghu, President of the organisation, said, NRIs Lakshmi Narasimham, showing their noble gesture donated essential commodities for two months to fluorosis victims in the present corona time

Kanchu Katla Subhash, State Convener, Fluorosis Vimukthi Porata Samithi , Kanchu Kantla Subhash , expressed his gratitude to all NRIs and NGOs who have been helping the fluorosis victims in Nalgonda district, which has the highest number of fluorosis sufferers in the world.

He Suggested NRIs and Good Samaritans of the society to carry out self employment programmes to fluorosis victims to inculcate self esteem and confidence among them Vinil Reddy , Abhisti, software engineer Nanda Marri, Jeevan and organisation members Jeevaratnam, Srinivas, Mahesh, Saidu, Kalyan, Shiva and Prasad participated in the programme
