Meat shop owner held in black magic case

Hyderabad: The Kulsumpura police on Friday arrested one Mohammed Dastagiri Qureshi (45), a meat shop owner in a black magic case.

According to West Zone In-charge DCP B Sumathi, based on the complaint of Syed Khaja Ahmed (36), a Moujam in mosque at Jiyaguda, the police registered a case under section 295 (a), 352, 427, 506 IPC police took up investigation.

During the investigation they found that the accused committed crime deliberately by malicious acts intending to outrage reli¬gious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or reli¬gious beliefs.

He has been pelting stones, bones and lemons on odd hours at victim's houses under the limits of Kulsumpura police station.
