Meditation training classes for girl students in Peddapalli
Peddapalli: The Heartfulness Education Trust in-charge Ahmed Pasha on Wednesday told the students to practice meditation daily to overcome stress, which they face in their life and to build self-confidence.
It is to be noted here that with an aim to build self-confidence among the students, especially girls, the State government decided to give training in meditation to girl students, who are pursuing education in Government Junior Colleges across the State in a phase-wise manner.
As part of that, the government has chosen 32 colleges in the first phase and handed over the responsibility of imparting training to the Heartfulness Education Trust, which is affiliated to Sri Ramachandra Mission.
Hence, the representatives of the Trust started giving training in meditation to girl students of Godavarikhani in Peddapalli district on Wednesday and the training will be given for 16 weeks.
Speaking on the occasion, the Trust in-charge Ahmed Pasha explained the students about the benefits of meditation and advised them to leave bad habits. Memory power, mental peace, self-controlling capacity, and building up self-confidence is possible only through meditation. And those, who practice meditation daily, will reach their goals with ease, he added.
Pasha also said that students must not think deeply on any issue and must take the issues they come across in their life in a light spirited manner and later must pursue them in a peaceful atmosphere. "Any decision taken in hasty will lead to problems", he told.
Heartfulness Education Trust Manager M Srinivas, Sandeep, Adaboina Satyam and about 200 students were present along with others.
