Mega job mela in Mahbubnagar on November 28

Mahbubnagar: With an aim to provide job opportunities for the youth in the district, the District Youth and Sports Department is going to organise a mega job mela at the Job Oriented Skill Training Centre in Mahbubnagar on November 28.

Informing this on Friday, Mahbubnagar DYSO Satya Vaani said that all those candidates who have been trained under the programme of 'Skill for Employment Trainee in Municipal Areas' (SETMA) are eligible to tak part in the job mela.

Apart from those candidates trained under SETMA, the DYSO also informed that those candidates who are residents of Mahbubnagar and unemployed having job skills in the fields of customer service, AC technicians, mobile phone technicians and CCTV camera technicians can also take part in the job mela. "In this job mela, various private companies like Campus Marg, Eureka Forbes, LG Franchise, GS Electronics, Srinath Enterprises, Mobile World and M/S ITE are some of the companies that are taking part in the job mela. At least 2,000 vacancies are expected to be filled under different job categories during this job mela," informed Satya Vaani.

The candidates who have completed SSC, Intermediate or graduation with good communication skills are eligible to take part in the job mela. They are all required to register themselves at SETMA office at the district collectorate with all the necessary documents.
