Minister distributes tricycles to differently-abled in Suryapet

Suryapet: Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy urged officials, employees and people to play a key role in making the Suryapet district reach top in the State in all aspects.

On Thursday, he distributed necessary materials needed for r Mahila Samakyas, Anganwadi centres and also distributed tricycles and mopeds to disabled at a programme held at a private function hall in Suryapet town.

Addressing the gathering, he said with the cooperation of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, Suryapet district has been progressing at a rapid pace.

He informed that Suryapet was the first district which has been implementing biometric system in Anganwadi centre to avoid mismanagement.

He assured to keep all his poll promises to make Suryapet a role model district in the State. The Minister thanked everyone who greeted and blessed him on his birthday. Collector Amoy Kumar, Thungathurthi MLA Gadari Kishore, district officials, beneficiaries and party workers attended the programme.
