Minister promises Kaleshwaram water to 1.2 lakh acres in Suryapet

Suryapet: Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy stated that irrigation facility would be provided to 1.2 lakh acres of land in the district including Chivemla, Athmakur (S), Penphad mandals of Suryapet constituency through prestigious Kaleshwaram project.

On Tuesday, he participated in Parishad election campaign held at Tirumalagiri of Chivemla, Dharmapur village of Penpahad mandals in Suryapet constituency and Garidepally of Huzurnagar constituency in the district.

Addressing the people, he said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao dream was to make agriculture a profitable business.

Villages in the State have been developing in all aspects and peace was restored in the rural areas after TRS came to power in the State.

He assured framers that all of them would get passbooks at their door step after ZPTC and MPTC elections. He listed out the State government achievements and milestones in the last five years.

He called upon the people to become partners in the development by supporting the TRS in upcoming ZPTC and MPTC elections. In this program, party ZPTC and MPTC candidates and local leaders participated.
