MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy donates tractors to two gram panchayats

Patancheru: Local MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy on Wednesday honoured his assurance of donating tractors to the gram panchayats of Kothapalli and Nallavalli in Gummadidala mandal. He made the promise during the 30-day plan programme in the presence of Finance Minister T Harish Rao on September 26.
Reddy handed over the tractors, along with a water tanker and douser bought with his own funds of Rs 20 lakh, for collecting garbage and watering saplings during a programme in Nallavalli Gram Panchayat.
Thus, the MLA stood by his assurance given to the minister. Harish had requested the legislator to provide the tractors to the two gram panchayats as part of the plan programme while addressing the ZP meeting.
