MLC Kadiyam Srihari feels insulted in TRS, set to join BJP?
Hyderabad: Kadiyam Srihari - a leader from the Dalit community served as Deputy CM of Telangana for four and a half years. He even held office as the Education Minister. However, there seems to be no trace of the leader in influential positions in KCR's cabinet during the second term. He is replaced by Erraballi Dayakar Rao from Warangal, a constituency where Kadiyam was once hailed as a powerful leader.
The leader's supporters say he is being ignored on purpose by the KCR government. Part of the speculation as to why he is being mistreated alludes to his spat with MLA Rajayya and partly because of the steps the leader took against Malla Rajeshwar Reddy's education institutions.
Sources say even his daughter Kadiyam Kavya was denied a ticket. The leader is now seen not attending, or leaving without addressing various gatherings of the TRS party. He was not invited for the Kaleshwaram Project event either, all leading up to his disappointment with the party, say sources and the leader's supporters. All these series of event have given rise to speculations about the leader having second thoughts about continuing as a TRS Party member and may join forces with BJP.
