Modi's decisions against democracy: Veerabadram

Aler (Yadadri-Bhongir): Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM) State secretary Tammineni Veerabadram stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decisions are against democracy and constitution.

Speaking to media in Aler on Friday, he said government is in favour of corporate people and least bothered about the plight of common man.

He expressed his concern over the increased attacks on Muslim, Christian minorities and women across the country in the past six years and over crisis in industrial sector due to not sale of products.

He expressed fear of cancellation of constitution under central government. The CPM leader said Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao fears a lot about the BJP.

The leader fired salvos against the Chief Minister over his encouraging defection of other parties offering huge money and posts.

He expressed pleasure over the Chief Minister's stand on Uranium mining in Nallamalla forest. He advised the government not implement revenue act in hurry.

Implement Rs 18,000 minimum wage to workers in the State and demanded that the government bear Rs 1,000 crore loss to save TSRTC.
