Moving bike catches fire in Hyderabad

A moving bike caught on fire on Saturday evening at Khairtabad. According to eyewitnesses, smoke engulfed the bike when it halted at Ayodhya crossroads at Lakdikapool around 5 pm on Saturday.

Passersby alerted the motorcyclist Saleemuddin who was heading to Mehdipatnam along with a friend. Soon after the alert, Saleem got down the bike which then caught on fire.

People brought a machine and sand from nearby petrol bunk to put out the fire. The vehicle is said to be partially damaged. Meanwhile, the incident ensued to the heavy traffic snarls in the area.
